HDH provide specialist hydraulic services locally, nationally and internationally. Our in-house repair, manufacturing & design abilities make HDH your one-stop hydraulic service partner, from initial site survey to final system commissioning.

Onsite project management and engineering
HDH can supply a team of experienced industry professionals across various trades and disciplines to oversee your next project or major overhaul works whether its onshore or offshore, based locally, nationally or internationally.
We can assist with planning of works and job pack preparation, site surveys to determine materials, manpower and job plan, as well as direct supervision of the project during execution.
We can also provide personnel to attend FAT and SAT works for equipment after major overhauls/builds.
Supply of Personnel
HDH can provide personnel to assist at times of high volume workload, or to cover a specialist activity.
On or offshore, locally nationally or internationally. Our team of skilled technicians are ready to assist you.
We can provide hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and fabrication personnel.
Equipment Overhaul
HDH specialises in the repair and overhaul of mechanical/hydraulic equipment from the drilling sector such as Access Baskets, Winches, Roughneck/hydratongs, Tail-In Arms & catwalks etc.
HDH also has a proven background in the overhaul of diesel and electric HPUs, Winches, A-Frames.
Engineering Facility & Yard
Our 570sqM workshop facility c/w 900sqM hard standing yard are setup to tackle all aspects of hydraulic service & repair.
Our yard and workshop both offer excellent access for HGV's.
Hose Management Systems
HDH can provide you with a comprehensive Hose Management System, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
We can provide personnel to conduct condition surveys and report on your systems condition.
We can set up unique identification numbering systems, hose registers and customised
change out plans to suit your operation.
Replacement hoses & compete hose kits can then be made without any need for site visits.
Oil Sampling & Analysis
HDH can provide analysis of your system fluids at out base facility, as well as providing Laser Particle Analysers for onsite system checks.
We utilise binocular microscopes for particle counting and identification of system contaminants to better identify the root cause of your system issues.
System Flushing
HDH have a range of diesel & pneumatic driven flushing units for system cleaning, or decontamination prior to disposal.
We have units suitable for mineral oils and water glycol based fluids.
Tube & Pipe Installations
Welded pipe sections can be manufactured from drawing.
Accumulator Service & Repair
HDH
can provide accumulator service, repairs and recertification at our facility or on-site.
Cylinder Repair & Replacement
HDH can provide cylinder repair, overhaul or replacement.
